She is an extremely active boating enthusiast. She is USCG Certified in Coastal & Advanced Coastal Navigation. A native of Manhattan Beach, Ca.In 2007, she became a recognized member of the Transpacific Yacht Club by racing from Long Beach, CA to Honolulu, HI (19 days at sea).
